We absolutely love our windows and door that were installed by Taylors. The no border screens are amazing and a life saver during the power outage. We've had so many neighbors ask us about where we got them it feels like we are working for Taylors at this point, may as well send us shirts and hats so we don't even need to tell people where we got them from, we can just point. But in all seriousness the entire process was amazing from the sales rep, to the installation process, and it was made very clear at all times what people were going to do and what they were doing to make everything work within our spaces. Loved that everything was local and high quality.

I am so impressed by the excellent work performed by Taylors Windows. From the first meeting to the final installation of our replacement windows, we enjoyed the experience of working with their sales team, their measuring team and the installation team. Great work!

We are VERY impressed with the Taylors Windows professional purchase process and the installation of our windows. Tim C was really great in helping us choose the best windows and features from the myriad of options available. We felt no pressure and he was so good at answering all our questions.The installation team lead by Mike and Justin exceeded our expectations as well. They worked together so well as a team and it was refreshing to see that they actually enjoyed working together and assisting one another. Because of that and their efficiency, they were able to finish the installation ahead of schedule.We love the energy savings, the reduction of the sun's heat coming through the glass and the windows even provide better sound insulation from the outside than our old windows.

My son used Taylor's Windows and highly recommended them to me. They only did 3 awkward bedroom windows in my home so they were in and out in 2 hours! The 3 gentlemen were extremely knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. I,too, highly recommend them and know that at least 3 of my neighbors will be using them as well.

We choose Taylor’s Windows for replacing our windows. After hearing from 2 other companies, Tim Cook with Taylor’s Window sold us right away! Everything went according to schedule from the initial visit to the final install. David was in charge of the install crew and they were top notch! They didn’t mind that we were replacing our windows in phases. These new windows have a lot of features that our old ones didn’t. And now we’re preparing for the second phase of window replacement and are looking forward to working with them again! We couldn’t be happier with what Taylor Windows did for us!

The screens are great and the service was outstanding. I would highly recommend these folks for replacing or repairing window or sliding door screens.

Had 11 windows and 2 doors replaced by Taylor"s and I am well pleased.Paul Brown was very easy to work with and followed up through the process, Travis measured my needed windows and installed the doors (great), Ed and Elliot installed the windows and did excellent trim work on the inside. My porch looks better that ever before. Amanda, in the Columbia office is my "hero" as she had to reschedule work several times and was always a lady and professional at all times. Took a little time but worth the wait for a great job. Quality windows, great installment and very good price. I recommend Taylors when you need great windows at a fair price and good service!! Tim and the entire team at Taylors Windows were incredible. The lead time was about 3 months, but so worth it for the quality of the windows and the quick install behind it. We replaced the original windows in our home from the 50’s, and we’ve seen a significant difference in comfort, and efficiency with our power bill. 10/10 would recommend all day over Renewel by Andersen.

Very pleased with Taylor's Window. Our window replacement was a unique request. Vitali our salesman understood our need, worked out every detail and explained the entire process from ordering through delivery and installation. As for installation, we couldn't be happier. Arthur and Dennis performed the work quickly and properly. They and Taylor's are to be commended for their professionalism, quality of product, installation and friendliness. A mix that is mostly lacking in businesses and products in today's market. Highly recommend them.

Taylor windows has been wonderful to us. We have multiple buildings and this is the 3rd building project they have fitted for us. The sales rep was courteous and professional, the pricing competitive, the installers quick and efficient. Best of all the windows are magnificent. Easy to clean, easy to open, very clear and insulating. WE have one more building to complete and we will definitely use Taylor again.

David & Jerry exceeded all expectations during the installation today. The product looks even better in place than we expected. All windows got installed in one day and a few hours tomorrow to wrap and trim. Taylors Window & Screen will be the only company I recommend in the future.

We had our windows replaced several years ago, but the seals had broken and they became very foggy. That company had gone out of business. We had no recourse to get them replaced (By the way , they had a 50 year warranty)Haha!!So we contacted several window replacement companies and decided on Taylors Windows! We have been so pleased with this company. It is based in SC, too! If you need any windows replaced, please don’t waste time comparing companies! So professional and does it right the first time!! Taylors Windows did a fantastic job from start to finish. I made an initial inquiry close to 2 years ago, and Tim came out to give me a quote. After thinking about it for a while (!), I decided to go with Taylors. I was kept informed about each step of the process from measuring to scheduling installation. I was impressed that the price had not changed that much in the time I was pondering what to do. My windows were ready on the early end of the time frame I was given. I cannot say enough good things about the team that installed my windows. They were friendly, professional, and thorough. I absolutely love my new windows, and know that if I ever have a problem, I just have to call. I'm so glad I went with Taylors! Extremely pleased with their service by Taylor’s Window. Our sales rep, Charlie Grignani, was very informative and kept us up to date throughout the process. The installation crew was professional and efficient. They were amenable to our situation (having to move dogs from room to room through the instal), and I appreciated how they the kept a clean worksite. The final product is superior. We noticed a major improvement in reduction of road noise and an improvement in our temperature regulation. Highly recommend.

The sales rep, Tim, was punctual, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He answered all our questions and gave us different options ( ex: grid, no grid) to consider. We had 9 windows replaced and couldn’t be happier. The installers left our home spotless, even looked for, and found, a screw that one of them dropped in the grass. The one installer offered to clean my small outdoor carpet as they had gotten dirt on it. He actually asked me for rug cleaner!!! I highly recommend this company for your windows/screens…Our new shades haven’t come in yet, so unfortunately we’re using plastic bags 😂, but I have attached a photo

5 stars across the board for Taylors Window & Screen Co. We had 6 picture windows, 6 awning windows & 8 double-hung windows replaced by Taylors. Our in-line request for a quote was answered immediately. Their sales person, Paul Brown, visited us the next day and reviewed all the options available to us. He took time to answer our questions and guide us in the best direction. We signed a work agreement with Paul and a few days later German came and took detailed measurements of all our windows. Both Paul & German were a pleasure to meet and work with. Amanda, their Customer Service Coordinator, provided excellent customer service from the first contact to the final day of installation. She kept us informed of delivery & installation schedules and provided the best customer service we've ever had with home improvement companies & the like. Our installers, Corey, Brandon & Travis, were friendly and professional. They did such beautiful, detailed work on the interior & exterior window trim that you can't tell our windows have been replaced. They arrived when they said they would, and completed the job in three days. The quality of the replacement windows is excellent. They look beautiful and we've noticed that they have good sound-proofing qualities and are very energy efficient. Many thanks to the entire Taylors crew for an excellent job at a very competitive price!

My husband and I had wanted to replace the windows in an older home we had purchased but we’re hesitant on cost. Taylor’s windows was both professional and priced well. Their installation crew was extremely professional and proficient. My husband and I both highly recommend Taylor’s Windows. Paul was very knowledgeable and friendly, and Amanda was extremely personable and kind. We are more than happy with our new windows- worth every penny!

I had Taylors Windows install new windows on several buildings at a rental property that I manage. They were so easy to work with and did an excellent job. This was a pretty big job that took several days, but the tenants were not inconvenienced at all as the windows were installed promptly and properly. Our tenants love the new windows and our owners loved the reasonable price and increase to their property value! Highly recommend Taylors Window and Screen and will use them in the future on other projects!
