I had Taylors Windows install new windows on several buildings at a rental property that I manage. They were so easy to work with and did an excellent job. This was a pretty big job that took several days, but the... tenants were not inconvenienced at all as the windows were installed promptly and properly. Our tenants love the new windows and our owners loved the reasonable price and increase to their property value! The people we dealt with during the process of buying and installing the windows were all very professional, kind, and knowledgeable.There was a tad of misunderstanding with the installers, but it may have been due to... my ignorance about building processes. (The installer mentioned that we would need to get caulk for the seam between the roof and the windows; they had to remove it to get the windows in correctly. He would have done the caulking for us if I had bought it while they were here, but I did not totally understand, and so did not. We wound up praying to have someone else do it, since my hub doesn’t do well climbing up ladders now.)read more

These guys were so great! They make their own windows so we didn’t have to wait months like we did with Lowe’s or Home Depot. The work was quality. They went above and beyond. When they found water damage, they went... out of their way to show us and present us options moving forward. They worked super hard, came first thing in the morning and worked all day long, were cheerful, kind and respectful, and they cleaned up after their work super well—even wiping finger prints off the window frames when they were done. We would definitely use this company again and are already hoping to replace our front door with them as well.read more

We chose Taylor's for the quality of the windows and screens, the price, and because the windows are made here in Greenville. The sales rep, Tim answered all our questions and even came back to show us what the trim... would look like. Our windows were ready in just under 4 weeks and we scheduled the installation for the next week. We replaced all of the windows in the house. We were very pleased with that.The installers, Vitaliy and Anthony were great! They paid attention to details and made sure everything worked well and looked perfect. We had many windows with rotted moldings and sills. They replaced them all before installing the windows and trims. They were great! We are very happy with the windows and the work!read more

Taylors exceeded our expectations through the entire process.Our salesman, Paul Brown, came to visit us in October. Our experience with Paul was fantastic. He was informative, knowledgeable, low pressure, and an overall enjoyable guy. After signing the contract to have all of our windows replaced, I reached out to him several times to ask additional questions. He responded in a timely mannor every time. Thank you Paul.When I had questions regarding my install schedule, I was directed to Amanda, the office manager. Like Paul, she was on point, timely, and a joy to talk to. Thank you, Amanda!In the home improvement business, it doesnt matter if you have a great product at a fair price if you can't install it well. Installation is where the rubber hits the road in that business. On December 13th, I got to meet the best part of Taylors, Wayne Smith and his family (my installation team). At a time when true craftsmen are a dying breed, Wayne proved the art of installation has not been completely abandoned. I was so impressed with Wayne and his crew, that I provided lunch and we sat together to eat and talk.
