This is my go to for vinyl windows. The communication is great. They know what they're talking about. The customer service is above and beyond. HIGHLY recommend.

We had 6 windows replaced for a reasonable cost. We worked with Charlie for the initial meeting and estimate.I believe Drew was our installer. He was extremely courteous and very professional.

Jason was excellent! We got quotes from 3 different companies. Jason wouldn’t just give us a quote over the phone. He insisted on an in person meeting so he could thoroughly show us the product. He was knowledgeable and informative. Then, the crew came out. They were wonderful, clean, and quick! They made conversation easily, they worked with focus, and they tried to be as minimally disruptive as possible. I work from home, and was able to continue my work as usual while they were installing the windows. They weren’t the cheapest, but they weren’t the most expensive either. The product for the money, however, is unmatched.I couldn’t recommend them more!

My husband and I would highly recommend Taylor's Window. The experience from the beginning with the Sales Rep, Charley to the install team, Mike's crew were very courteous and knowledgeable. The windows are beautiful and well made.

Taylors offers high quality, locally made products at a fair price. After meeting with several companies, I felt most comfortable chosing them for my window replacements. One company reduced their price by almost 50% after I balked at their original quote. Taylors pffered a fair price with no haggling on cost. The installation went very smoothly and I am very pleased with the results. I always prefer to use locally based businesses and I'm glad I used Taylors.

The folks at the Taylors Windows and Screens offices were very helpful and knowledgeable.A tour of the local shop was amazing. A chance to see windows manufactured by a local company made the decision to go with Taylors easy.Our installation crew was top notch!!!! David and his guys were great! I met with Remington and talked about what I wanted when replacing 3 patio doors .He answered all my questions and I was sold quickly with the quote !With Taylor’s Windows I actually got the doors like I wanted .I chose black exterior , white interior and insulated glass ( energy package) .Wow I’m loving my new doors!Jerry and his crew were very knowledgeable and handle the installation professionally .!Jerry explained what they were doing answering any questions or concerns that I had.They clean my doors and all surrounding areas.I highly recommend Remington to explained their windows & doors.These windows will last a lifetime !

I called Taylors Window & Screen for an estimate on replacing 16 windows in my home. The lady who answered the phone was very friendly and answered many questions I had. We set up an appointment to have a sales person come out to my home and show me my window options and give me an estimate.Within a week I met Charlie from Taylors Windows who showed up on time and was very easy to talk to.During the course of this meeting it became clear to me that Charlie is very knowledgeable about windows and how they are made and installed. I cannot thank Charlie enough for his time that he spent with my wife and I answering our many questions. Charlie made us very comfortable making the decision to have Taylors Window & Screens install out new windows.The day of install came fast and all of our windows were installed in one day with zero issues. The installers very very courteous and also answered my question as they were working.At the end of the day the installers took all the old windows away and cleaned up any construction debris around the house.My wife and I are very please with the way the windows look and operate.If you are looking for new replacement windows please do yourself a favor and give Taylors Window & Screen a call.

The windows and doors are great. It's much quieter in the house and I'm very glad I purchased from Taylors. Justin and Rob did a fantastic job with the installations. They were friendly, courteous and extremely knowledgeable of the product and the installation process. I'm usually pretty nervous about having construction jobs at my house but they made me feel very relaxed. When I order my next windows from Taylor's, I'll definitely ask for them again. A great from start to finish. Thanks!

Support the local companies Taylor’s windows are as good as any famous brand

Taylor Windows installed new windows in my home in 2024. Their work ethnic is superb. Their installers did an exceptional job. When I noted concerns, they were taken care of expediently. A couple years later, their staff still is still cooperative. Drew is great to work with all the time.

Justin and his crew came to install windows in our whole house. They were incredibly thorough, stayed late to get the job done but were still respectful of our time. He communicated throughout the project and informed us of the process. He left without a speck of dust and the windows look fantastic.

Taylor’s Windows is an awesome company and offers amazing windows! First, our sales rep. Remington was straight forward, very professional , not pushy and had an estimate to us quickly. From the time we ordered to installation it was a period of approximately 2 months.The day of installation (2 total days actually) there were 2 crews sent out. I highly recommend both Jerry and David as both were extremely conscientious of personal space and your belongings (inside and outside of home) and explained any issues and procedures as they did the install. Thank you both!!!!We had a few minor issues that we addressed with Taylor’s. They had problems fixed, replaced and resolved quickly. I believe within 3-4 weeks. The men sent out to take care of issues were Devin & Rob. They were both professional, and expedient in getting job done.Overall I would definitely recommend Taylor’s for anyone considering new windows! Awesome and there is a LIFETIME warranty on windows and installationLinda Roe
