Taylors Windows offers warranties on our manufactured products ranging from 10 year to lifetime warranties.

Yes, if you sell your home the new homeowner may transfer the warranty within the specified amount of time found on your warranty card.

If your window is manufactured by Taylors Windows, yes, we can provide you with the necessary parts you may need.

There are 2 ways to identify your window. The easiest way is to look at your lock, our locks are branded with Taylors Windows. The second way is to check either on the bottom of your bottom sash or top of your top sash, there will be a sticker identifying the order number of the window.

Your Taylors Certified Installers will provide you with a warranty packet that will contain your job number. You may fill out this packet and send it in to the address provided or you may use the warranty section on our website to register your product online.
