I have had Taylor's Windows since 2009 and most recently a patio enclosure. Each interaction has always been with the utmost professionalism and personal care. This last encounter was one that I was ready to pay for because I just assumed it was not under warranty. I talked with Kimberly and sent her pictures and other information. From Friday afternoon unti she received it on Monday morning, she had addressed the issue and reassured me that all is well. She is a pleasure to work with and I could not ask for better service.

We had our windows and doors replaced. Price was competitive. The installation was smooth and finishing work was top notch.

They were very professional (even with an irritate neighbor), courteous,and patient with a senior like me and all my questions. If the windows are as great as this crew then I will enjoy my summer!! THIS IS A GREAT CREW you have working for you!!!PS I do have one complaint, now I have to do complete house cleaning in order to keep up with the tidiness and neatness of this crew!!!

Taylors Windows employees were great through the entire process.Our salesman Charley Grignani worked with us to price replacement of 32 windows in our house. Charley was helpful discussing options like picture windows and sliders in place of some of the double hung windows that were in place and gave us a quote that we could live with.The scheduling staff did a great job keeping us informed and working around our schedule for installation.The installation crew was fantastic and completed the work in a professional, thoughtful, and clean manner over two days.Thanks to everyone at Taylors Windows who helped on our contract!
