Update for Our Customers

Dear Customer,

Each day, we are provided with new information related to the spread of COVID-19. We continue to monitor these developments and take steps to protect the health of our customers and employees. We are closely following the recommendations from the Center for Disease Control (CDC). Currently, we are operating on a normal schedule with a reduced staff due to the school closings.

Our employees have been instructed to forego the handshakes and limit contact during installation. We do ask that if your household is under a “self-quarantine” that you notify us and postpone any work at your home until it is safe.

We are starting our 29th year of business and consider ourselves to be blessed. Please do not worry about your product or money involved. We will continue to manufacture and install until we have to stop for safety and health concerns. During this time, we ask for patience and understanding. We will continue to communicate with your regarding any changes to our operations — through mail or email and updates to our website.
