This is a note to let you know that we are extremely satisfied with our recent windows that were installed in our house in Belton, SC.
My wife and I gave a lot of thought on what to do about the windows in our house, actually for about a year. After considering several alternatives, we chose Taylor. The windows are beautiful, and are better than we had expected. The installation was fast and the overall finish of the work is fantastic! The installers were friendly, helpful and professional. Your sales rep Charlie was terrific. The reason my wife and I think so highly of him is that he was obviously COMPLETELY sold on his product and why it was better than the alternatives, including the technical knowledge of what differentiated your product. But here is the biggest reason: He completely sold us, but he undersold and over delivered. As a sales trainer myself, this is the single hardest thing to find in a sales rep and nearly impossible to teach.

Yesterday, June 6, I had replacement windows installed at my home in Greer. I'd like to start off by saying the windows look great, better than I had imagined. As a residential designer I've seen good windows and bad windows...Taylors Windows ranks among the good windows. I'd also like to say that Tim Cook did a great job walking and talking us through the process, he was very helpful and friendly, my 5 year old son would get so excited when heard the "window man" was coming. The crew that installed the windows also did a great job, they left very little for me to clean up...general vacuuming, wiping off fingerprints and dust around the sills. They were in and out so fast I didn't get a chance to talk to them and thank them personally. I'm very pleased with my decision to use Taylors Windows and will recommend you every chance I get. My wife and I remain pleased customers! Our replacement windows are approaching their 3rd year anniversary (in August) and we are still just as satisfied as the first day they were installed! Our summer cleaning of all windows has gone smoothly and we have remarked several times at how easy this job has been due to the design. I ran across the enclosed Warranty Card in my notebook and could not remember whether I had sent a copy of it in. If this is already in our files, then feel free to toss this copy. We have told friends of our satisfaction with TWS...and, in fact, know of one couple that recently replaced all their windows using the products of TWS. We will keep the word out!
